Morning Pointe Senior Living expands associate recognition awards

2022 Exceeding Expectations Award winners

For 2023, Morning Pointe Senior Living has expanded its annual Exceeding Expectations Awards for associates.

At the Morning Pointe Annual Meeting on December 7, 8 awards will be presented to associates from among Morning Pointe’s 37 assisted living, personal care and memory care communities. Previously, each of the company’s 3 regions selected one associate for the Exceeding Expectations honor.

This year, the awards will be broken down by associate role rather than by region.

Here are the categories:

  • Resident Care – Resident Assistants, Certified Nursing Assistants
  • Nursing – Directors of Nursing, Licensed Practical Nurses
  • Alzheimer’s Programing – Lantern Program Directors, Lantern Program Coordinators
  • Sales and Marketing – Community Relations Directors
  • Business Office – Business Office Managers/Directors, Receptionists
  • Life Enrichment – Life Enrichment Directors
  • Food Service – Food Service Directors, Cooks, Dietary Aides
  • Maintenance – Maintenance Directors

The Exceeding Expectations Awards recognize associates for their exceptional achievements, dedication, and ability to exceed their residents’, families’ and peers’ expectations consistently. The 2023 recipients will be invited to attend the Morning Pointe Senior Living Annual Christmas Party and Awards Banquet in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and will win other perks.

Anyone can nominate an associate – fellow associates, residents, resident family members, volunteers, visitors and vendors.

To nominate someone, fill out a card from the Exceeding Expectations drop-off box near the front entrance of your community. Or, ask the Executive Director.

Morning Pointe can’t wait to recognize our stellar associates and spread the love among more amazing staff members than ever before!
