FRANKLIN, Tenn. (September 29, 2025) — Meet the stars of this year’s most inspiring stage event! Twelve senior performers are ready to shine at the Morning Pointe Foundation’s 7th Annual Seniors Got Talent Franklin showcase, happening Tuesday, October 14, at 7 p.m. at the historic Franklin Theatre. From soulful singers and gifted musicians to unforgettable specialty acts, each performer brings a unique story and a spark that promises a night filled with talent, joy, and community spirit — all leading up to the $1,000 grand prize.

Lucius Talley, 86 – Percussionist (Spoons) (Nashville)
Chris Maze Musical Trio – Chris Maze (Lead Singer, 65), Joe Lawrence (Rhythm Guitar, 74), and Daniel Pierce (Lead Guitar and Bass Pedals, 74), all from Nashville
John Koski, 60 – Singer (Nashville)
Barry Cardinael, 77 – Pianist/Composer/Singer (Antioch)
Alicia Battle-Mahon, 74 – Singer (Franklin, TN)
Dwaine Allison, 64 – Singing Guitarist (Franklin, TN)
Gabe Lamog, 61 – Caribbean Steel Drums Player (Old Hickory/Wilson County)
Gail Valorani, 69 – Singer (with 2 accompanying musicians) (Franklin, TN)
Billy Robbins, 66 – Singer (Cumberland Furnace)
Brian Hanson, 69 – Singing Pianist (Nashville)
Randy Spencer (65) & Cathey Nelson (63) – Musical Duo (Nashville/Donelson)
Diane Lynne, 61 – Singer (Old Hickory/Wilson County)
These finalists will compete on one of Tennessee’s most celebrated stages for:
- $1,000 – First Place
- $500 – Second Place
- $250 – Third Place
- People’s Choice Award (determined by audience vote)
“We have sold out at our show for the last two years, and it seems like each year, the talent just gets better and better,” said Miranda Perez, Morning Pointe Foundation executive director. “We can’t wait to cheer on this year’s finalists. And besides celebrating our performers, we are celebrating that dozens of deserving students have benefitted directly from the funds raised at Seniors Got Talent Franklin.”
Morning Pointe Seniors Got Talent isn’t just a celebration of timeless talent—it’s also a powerful fundraiser for the Morning Pointe Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to advancing senior care through education and community partnerships. Proceeds from sponsorships, ticket sales, and People’s Choice votes directly support scholarships in nursing and allied health fields at schools across Tennessee, including TCAT–Williamson, Motlow State Community College, and Columbia State Community College.

The Foundation hosts four Seniors Got Talent shows each year. Besides Franklin, shows are held in Tennessee in Chattanooga and Knoxville, as well as in Lexington, Kentucky.
