Morning Pointe of Owensboro, Kentucky, Assisted Living has completed its $2.5 million renovation and is planning a Grand Opening celebration for April 10.
Grand Opening and Feedback
The event will take place from 4-7 p.m., with the formal program and ribbon cutting at 4:30. Located at 3362 Buckland Square, Morning Pointe of Owensboro was previously Heritage Place until it was acquired by regional senior living company Morning Pointe Senior Living in fall 2024. The renovation has updated the building and expanded the clinical services.
“It is co clean, bright and updated,” said resident Ruth Johnson. “I feel safe and someone’s always here to look after you.”

“Our residents, their families and our staff are all loving the new look and feel, and we can’t wait to share that with our greater community at our grand opening,” said Karleigh Roby, executive director. “We are so pleased to be able to offer this higher level of service to seniors in Owensboro and the surrounding area.”
The community is continuing to give tours and welcome new residents. With 66 assisted living apartments, several floor plans are still available. For inquiries about the community, please call 270-689-0930, or stop by for a tour.
