Morning Pointe Senior Living leadership recognized six of its senior living and Alzheimer’s memory care communities on Nov. 7 at its annual conference, honoring their unique dedication to residents and their families.

Each year, Morning Pointe acknowledges top-performing teams of caregivers, directors, and customer service associates from its communities across the Southeast. This year marks the company’s 25th anniversary.

“It is my pleasure to announce these stand-out award winners,” said Greg A. Vital, president of Morning Pointe. “We are proud of the teams at each of these communities as they work together to not only meet the needs of our residents and their families but exceed them.”

Morning Pointe, a Chattanooga, Tennessee-based senior healthcare services company, owns and manages 37 Morning Pointe assisted living, personal care and Alzheimer’s memory care communities in five southeastern states. Morning Pointe was founded in 1997 by Tennessee healthcare entrepreneurs Greg A. Vital and Franklin Farrow.

Leaders presented executives from each of the winning communities with a plaque of recognition during the annual conference. Morning Pointe of Powell, Tennessee, was awarded the 2022 Community of the Year award for overall leadership in providing exceptional senior care. Executive Director Leslee Wilkinson accepted the award on behalf of the entire team.

“It’s a huge honor to work for such a great company, and as soon as they announced Morning Pointe of Powell for Community of the Year, I thought of my amazing team!” said Leslee Wilkinson, executive director at Morning Pointe of Powell Assisted Living. “I missed them being right there to accept the award with me!”
