Morning Pointe of Powell Earns Deficiency-Free Life Safety Inspection

Powell, TN. (March 16, 2026) — Morning Pointe of Powell has earned a Deficiency-Free Annual Life Safety Inspection from the Tennessee Department of Health, an achievement that highlights the community’s commitment to safety, quality care, and operational excellence.

Senior health care communities across Tennessee undergo unannounced inspections each year.
