Teresa Glidden named new executive director of Morning Pointe of Franklin

Morning Pointe of Franklin, Indiana, Assisted Living and Memory Care, has named Teresa Glidden as its new executive director.

As executive director, Glidden oversees daily operations at the assisted living and memory care community located at 75 S. Milford Drive. She works with a team of directors, nurses, nursing assistants and other support staff to provide quality resident care and family support, along with exceptional dining and life enrichment in a well-maintained community setting.

Glidden has worked in senior living for 10 years. She has a background in independent senior living management, assisted living administration, nursing home administration and regional property management.

“I enjoy serving the senior population and providing the best care possible,” said Glidden. “I love being able to spend time getting to know my residents and their families. Healthcare is my career choice, and the geriatric population is my passion.”

Glidden has a degree in business management from Cincinnati Tech.

Dana Boblitt, regional vice president for Morning Pointe Senior Living, shared, “Being a servant leader fills Teresa’s heart and soul. She loves nothing more than being with her residents and staff. She is kind, warm spirited, and happy to help in any way she can. It is truly a blessing having her on our team.”

Originally from Richmond, Indiana, Glidden currently lives in Greenwood, Indiana with her husband, Rusty. They have two children and grandchildren. Her hobbies include golfing, riding motorcycles and drag racing.

Morning Pointe of Franklin is owned by Morning Pointe Senior Living.
