“This year at the Center, we’ve seen a staggering increase in food needs across Eastern Hamilton County,” said Brandi Dixon, community relations director for The Samaritan Center. “We are so thankful to the businesses and churches that are teaming up with us for this drive because no one should be without food on the table.”

Greg Vital, Morning Pointe president and co-founder, added, “Morning Pointe Senior Living believes in not only serving our seniors but also the greater communities where we are located, and I can’t think of a better cause or organization for us to support at this giving time of year.”

Founded in 1997 by Greg Vital and Franklin Farrow, Morning Pointe Senior Living owns and operates 37 assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care communities in five southeastern states. These include six campuses in Chattanooga, Collegedale, East Hamilton and Hixson. The 38th Morning Pointe community, Morning Pointe at Happy Valley, is slated to open in Walker County, Georgia, next month.
