Phyllis Sproles is a Resident Assistant. She has worked at Morning Pointe of Richmond Senior Living, Kentucky, for eight years. She has spent her entire senior care career at Morning Pointe.
When asked why she loved working at Morning Pointe she said that she has always loved the elderly and taking care of them makes her feel she has made a difference.
“The smiles, hugs, little thank you notes and love that I receive back from my residents fills my heart, and I know I am doing what I was meant to do,” Phyllis said.
