Morning Pointe campuses invite local first responders to complimentary community appreciation lunch

RUSSELL, Ky. — May 11, 2026—The Morning Pointe Senior Living campus in Russell, home to both assisted living and memory care communities, will host a complimentary First Responder Drive-Thru Lunch on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 1000 Addington Drive in Russell.

The campus-wide event is one of the many ways Morning Pointe strives to give back and make a positive difference in the local community. Law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, firefighters, dispatchers, and other first responders are invited to stop by, pick up lunch, and be recognized for the essential role they play each day.

“At Morning Pointe, we are always looking for ways to support the people who make our communities stronger,” said Whitney Wireman, Executive Director. “Our first responders show up for others every day, and this is one small way for us to say thank you and show our appreciation for all they do.”

The event is open to all local first responders and will feature convenient drive-thru service for those on duty or on the go.
