One Valentine, 50 States: Morning Pointe of Frankfort Invites the Nation to Share the Love

Frankfort, Ky. (January 22, 2026)— This Valentine’s Day season, love is traveling far beyond state lines at Morning Pointe of Frankfort Assisted Living & Memory Care.

The assisted living and memory care community has launched Project Love, a nationwide card-exchange initiative inviting people from all 50 states to send a Valentine’s card — and receive one in return, handcrafted and mailed by a resident.

The goal is simple but meaningful: fill a U.S. map with love.

As Valentine’s cards arrive from across the country, residents will mark each state on a growing map displayed inside the community, watching the nation light up one heart at a time. In return, residents will personally write and mail a Valentine’s card back to every sender — turning a small gesture into a two-way connection.

“This project is about reminding people that a handwritten note still matters,” said Amber Stansberry, Executive Director. “For our residents, it’s joyful, purposeful, and deeply personal. For the sender, it’s a surprise piece of mail filled with heart.”

The initiative is open to individuals, families, classrooms, churches, businesses, and community groups — anyone who wants to take part in spreading kindness across state lines.

How to participate:

Send a Valentine’s card from your state to:

Morning Pointe of Frankfort

Attn: Project Love

68 C Michael Davenport Blvd

Frankfort, KY 40601

There is no cost to participate, and no limit on how many states can send cards — just one heartfelt note at a time.

Through Project Love, Morning Pointe of Frankfort hopes to show that connection doesn’t require proximity — just intention.
