Meet Krista Miller, Lead Resident Assistant at Morning Pointe of East Hamilton in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She has been in her current role for two years and has worked for Morning Pointe for 5 years.
Krista’s experience in senior living, however, spans 11 years.
“I love to hear our residents’ stories and make them happy,” Krista said. “I enjoy my job at Morning Pointe because I love making the residents feel like they are a part of our family.”
Although her job is clinical, it’s the personal side of things that is Krista’s favorite.
“My favorite part is laughing with the residents and my coworkers,” she said. “I am all about creating a culture of laughter and loving what I do.”
