Josh Lowe has been named the new regional vice president of Morning Pointe Senior Living’s Smoky Region.

In this role, Lowe oversees daily operations at 10 assisted living and memory care communities in East Tennessee – in Clinton, Powell, Lenoir City, Knoxville, and Greeneville. He works with the regional team, as well as Morning Pointe’s home office leadership and leaders at each community, to provide quality care to residents and manage the communities effectively.

Lowe began his career in senior care as a certified nursing assistant while he was in high school. He then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in nursing from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City. Josh became a nursing home administrator in 2003 and then moved into senior living in 2008. He has been an executive director and region vice president in senior living for more than 15 years.

“I feel so privileged to work for Morning Pointe at this time in my career with their solid reputation,” said Lowe. “I like that the company is committed to doing things the right way and is based on Christian values.”

Lowe currently resides in Andersonville, Tennessee, with his wife, Cynthia, and their two teenagers, Blake and Bethany.

“Josh brings a strong and experienced background combining both operations and nursing,” said Rob Pollard, senior vice president of operations for Morning Pointe Senior Living. “He has a good rapport with the residents and our associates and is a tremendous asset to our Morning Pointe team in East Tennessee.”
