CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — November 14, 2025 — The curtain has closed on the 2025 Morning Pointe Seniors Got Talent season, where 48 seniors age 60+ shared their gifts across four regional showcases—Chattanooga, Franklin, Lexington, and Knoxville. Together, supporters helped raise nearly $153,000 for the Morning Pointe Foundation’s scholarship fund, benefiting students pursuing healthcare and service-oriented careers across 29 partner schools.
The outpouring of support from sponsors, partners, and attendees made this season one of the most successful yet. Each show celebrated the incredible talents of older adults while also uplifting the next generation of caregivers and service professionals.

These scholarships support students at:
Chattanooga State Community College, TCAT Chattanooga, Dalton State College, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and Cleveland State Community College.
These schools are among the Foundation’s 29 partner institutions across the Southeast.
“Every gift this season becomes an opportunity,” said Miranda Pérez, Executive Director of the Morning Pointe Foundation. “These scholarships change the trajectory of a student’s life, and in turn, they change the communities those students will one day impact. That’s the ripple effect our supporters make possible.”
For performers, Morning Pointe Seniors Got Talent is also a moment to reconnect with purpose and joy. “About five years ago, I swore I would never sing again — but God had something else in store for me,” said first-place Chattanooga winner Jeffrey Wells, age 72. His performance was a standout moment of the evening and a reminder of the joy and talent seniors bring to the stage.
What begins as a ticket purchase or a People’s Choice vote becomes something much greater—helping students gain the skills and education needed to serve others and strengthen the workforce our region depends on.
Reflecting on the season’s success, Greg Vital, Morning Pointe Senior Living co-founder, added, “The heart of Morning Pointe Seniors Got Talent has always been connection—seniors sharing their joy, communities coming together, and students gaining the support they need to build the future workforce. The generosity we’ve seen this year lifts our region and inspires hope for generations to come.”
