Morning Pointe Senior Living Launches New Family Communication Tool

With challenges come triumphs. Such is the case for this new family and resident communication tool launched in late 2021 to improve family communication at Morning Pointe Senior Living communities across the Southeast. It’s called LifeLoop. The online platform not only enables associates to offer higher quality, up-to-date electronic and print monthly calendars and newsletters. It also offers a better way of tracking participation so families can see what their loved ones are up to. They can even send and receive details about their loved ones including announcements and photos. Morning Pointe is excited about this new online partnership. “LifeLoop will help us expand our communication with our families offering a simple on-demand option for them to see the latest Morning Pointe news, participation of their loved one and send photos and notes,” says Amanda Baushke, Vice President of Life Enrichment, Morning Pointe Senior Living. “All they have to do is ask their executive director about signing up.”
