Morning Pointe of Spring Hill Earns Deficiency-Free State Health Survey

Spring Hill, Tenn. (June 30, 2026) — Choosing an assisted living community is one of the most important decisions a family can make. At Morning Pointe of Spring Hill Assisted Living, that decision was recently reinforced through a deficiency-free annual health licensure survey conducted by the Tennessee Department of Health.

The unannounced inspection evaluates every aspect of resident care, from medication management and dining services to staff training, resident records, safety practices, and overall quality of life. Earning a deficiency-free survey means state inspectors found no deficiencies during their review.

For Alicia Armstrong, executive director at Morning Pointe of Spring Hill, the survey results reflect the commitment associates bring to caring for residents each day.

“Achieving a deficiency-free survey is a reflection of our associates’ unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care and service,” said Armstrong. “Every member of our team is committed to creating a welcoming environment where residents feel respected, supported, and truly at home. We are honored by the trust families place in us, and this recognition reinforces our commitment to delivering the highest quality of care.”

Deficiency-free survey results are a significant accomplishment in senior living and demonstrate a community’s ability to meet or exceed rigorous state standards while maintaining a resident-centered approach to care.

Located in Spring Hill, Morning Pointe of Spring Hill provides services for seniors who benefit from personalized support while maintaining as much independence as possible.
