Sharing is Caring: A Son’s Perspective on Finding the Right Place for Mom

After going through the assisted living search for another family member in another area, our family learned something important. Nice buildings and beautiful decorations don’t provide one second of caring. What truly matters is a committed on-site team with kind, caring hearts and a supportive company culture behind them.

Without true care, the business side will eventually fail. Care has to come first.

From day one, the team has worked hard to make sure she has a quality life. They pay attention to the details that matter, from safely organized personal spaces to meals and healthcare management. They also make sure residents stay active and engaged through group activities and field trips.

But what stands out most is the people. The associates treat residents with patience, kindness, and respect. You can see that they genuinely care.

For our family, Morning Pointe of Athens isn’t just a place for Mom.

It’s the right place for Mom.
