Families Invited to Free Community Easter Egg Hunt in Hixson

HIXSON, Tenn. (March 11, 2026) – Families across the Hixson area are invited to welcome spring at the 5th Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Morning Pointe of Hixson Assisted Living and Memory Care in partnership with Life Care Center of Hixson and Rock Bridge Church.

The free, family-friendly event will take place on Saturday, March 28, beginning at 12:30 PM at Morning Pointe of Hixson, located at 5501 Old Hixson Pike.

Children and families can enjoy a festive afternoon filled with activities including a petting zoo, photos with the Easter Bunny, face painting, crafts, sweet treats from an ice cream truck, and community Easter egg hunts organized by age group. The egg hunts will begin at 1:00 PM.

Parking will be available at Morning Pointe of Hixson, with additional parking at Life Care Center of Hixson and Hixson Middle School.

If the weather requires a change, the rain date for the event will be Saturday, April 4.
