Ensuring regular, nutritious meals for older adults is crucial for maintaining their physical health, cognition, energy, and overall well-being. If your loved one is struggling to prepare adequate meals or nutrition at home, it may be time to consider a senior living community.

At Morning Pointe Senior Living, residents have meals prepared for them 3 times a day. Our dietary teams make a point to learn each resident’s dietary preferences and do their best to provide food that is both tasty and nutritious. Many meals are made from scratch using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. And, we offer an always-available menu of simple favorites.

Morning Pointe of Spring Hill, Tennessee, Assisted Living resident Claude Hillenbrand came to his community in great part because he needed regular meals. “I had to live by myself after [my wife] died,” he said, “and I just got to where I hated to cook, and I just wasn’t eating and I was losing weight.” Coming to Morning Pointe helped turn that situation around and removed the barrier of cooking so Claude could thrive.

Morning Pointe also encourages residents to eat their meals in the dining room so they can socialize and make friends, although we can also bring meals to their apartments. Perhaps best of all, residents don’t have to wash dishes!
