Tickets are on sale now for the 3rd Annual Morning Pointe Foundation Seniors Got Talent variety show in conjunction with Morning Pointe Senior Living at The Bijou Theatre in Knoxville.

The show will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 14, at 7 p.m.

Ted Hall, evening anchor and managing editor at WVLT-TV Channel 8, is returning for the second time as master of ceremonies.

Prizes will be awarded to the first, second, and third-place winners. The grand-prize winner will receive $500, and audience members can vote for the People’s Choice Award winner for $1 per vote.

“We are so excited about this year’s show,” said Miranda Perez, Morning Pointe Foundation executive director. “It’s definitely going to be a night of fun.”

Tickets are available for $10 plus Ticketmaster and theatre fees at The Bijou website.

Proceeds from the show go to the Morning Pointe Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Morning Pointe Senior Living. The 501(c)3 nonprofit public service organization was created in 2014 to provide caregiver support programs, sponsor educational awareness events, and fund clinical scholarships to advance the care of seniors throughout the Southeast.

Founded in 1997 by Greg A. Vital and J. Franklin Farrow, Morning Pointe Senior Living owns and operates 37 assisted living, personal care, and Alzheimer’s memory care communities in five southeastern states. These include eight in the Knoxville area, in Knoxville, Clinton, Hardin Valley, Powell and Lenoir City.

Morning Pointe also sponsors similar Seniors Got Talent competitions in Tennessee in Chattanooga, Franklin and Knoxville.

Those who wish to inquire about VIP sponsorships should contact Miranda Perez at 423-238-5330.

Contestants will be announced soon.
