Richmond Maintenance Director Honored with Morning Pointe’s Exceeding Expectations Award

Richmond, KY — December 10, 2025 — Morning Pointe Senior Living, which operates 42 communities and employs more than 2,000 associates across five states, is celebrating one of its own this year as Billy Mosier, Maintenance Director at Morning Pointe of Richmond Assisted Living, received the organization’s Exceeding Expectations Award in Maintenance & Housekeeping at the Annual Holiday Party & Awards Banquet.

Whether fixing a light or lifting a spirit, Billy brings laughter and heart to Morning Pointe of Richmond. He goes above and beyond his maintenance role, completing additional training and proudly serving in a second capacity as a medication aide. Reflecting on the recognition, he shared, “I come from a place where I worked 10 years and gave 110% every single day and was never recognized. To be here this past year and be part of the Morning Pointe family—not only doing my role in maintenance but also helping my RAs and having those interactions with our residents—means everything to me.”

Executive Director Cristy Winkler added, “Billy shows up every day ready to help, ready to listen, and ready to make a difference. Our residents adore him, and our team depends on him. We are incredibly proud of him and grateful to have him as part of our Morning Pointe family.”

“Celebrating our associates and communities is more than tradition — it is the foundation of what sets Morning Pointe apart,” said Greg Vital, Co-Founder, Morning Pointe Senior Living. “Their unwavering commitment to quality care and meaningful service is what creates true peace of mind for the residents and families who rely on us every day.”
